Made from three layers of cotton kaya fabric, offering excellent absorbency while drying quickly between uses. Soft to the touch yet practical, it is well suited for everyday kitchen tasks.

Generously sized for wiping larger dishes, the cloth includes a hanging loop so it can be kept within easy reach and allowed to dry thoroughly. Designed for daily use, it balances hygiene, comfort, and ease of care.

Woven in Nara, kaya fabric softens gradually with use.
Made by Ban Inoue using traditional textile techniques from the region.

Care
・Before first use, wash in warm or lukewarm water to remove the natural starch.
・We recommend using a laundry bag when washing.
・Do not tumble dry; hang to dry naturally.

Characteristics
Each item is washed after sewing and finished with a light natural starch. With washing and regular use, the cotton kaya fabric softens and becomes more supple.
Due to the nature of the material, slight variations in texture, size, and gentle wrinkles are part of the fabric’s character.
