Traditional Shinogi technique is applied.
Carefully hand made by Shoyo Gama in Hyogo prefecture, Japan.

All of our products are handcrafted. Therefore there may be variations in colour, texture, shape and some imperfections. We truly believe these add character to each piece and what make them unique.
In the situation where the item you receive is faulty, you will be entitled to a refund or exchange. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.
If you wish to return your order, please send us a message at hello@tokaceramics.com.au within 2 days of receipt of your order. We will ask you to take some photos of the item/s prior to processing returns.
